Your challenge is to capture inspiring insect images using the techniques of composition and macro-photography.

Photography can provide important information about insects, their habitats, and behaviour. Macro-photography can reveal hidden details of insect structure. Digital images of insects and the associated data about them can be uploaded to databases, making them accessible to scientists all over the world, and the wider public. In addition, images of insects can reveal the incredible beauty within this often neglected group of living things.
